"What am I in the eyes of most people — a nonentity, an eccentric, or an unpleasant person — somebody who has no position in society and will never have; in short, the lowest of the low. All right, then — even if that were absolutely true, then I should one day like to show by my work what such an eccentric, such a nobody, has in his heart. That is my ambition, based less on resentment than on love in spite of everything, based more on a feeling of serenity than on passion. Though I am often in the depths of misery, there is still calmness, pure harmony and music inside me. I see paintings or drawings in the poorest cottages, in the dirtiest corners. And my mind is driven towards these things with an irresistible momentum."

Faith:
Rom1,18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles. 24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. 26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

Lk 13,32 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Geht hin und sagt diesem Fuchs: Siehe, ich treibe böse Geister aus und mache gesund heute und morgen, und am dritten Tage werde ich vollendet sein.

Scouting a location for a film in Uzbekistan, Antonioni once gave three elderly Muslim men a picture he had taken of each with his Polaroid. The eldest glanced at the photo and immediately returned them, asking: “What is it good for, to stop the time?

In the year 1527 the comet was seen with many
streaks like long spears, and in among them, many visages and daggers, all
colored in pale red, and in between many enormous flames of bright and fiery
hue, and here and there the visages appeared, bearded and hairy in gray as of
clouds and as if in flowing water streaked with blood, glittering and
sparkling, as if everything were in confusion – the whole hideous of
appearance, so that some who had seen it died thereof.

Today - i had a horrible morning. I even needed to call ADAC to fix our car - with bringing kids to school and all the things i had to finish till 10am - i felt a lot of emotions.
I was at TU. Called people, tried to calm down!
11am i was finished with all SMS, Call's, planing, preparing Bible-talk ...
I went out to evangelize.
It was snowing almost - windy and very cold
And i started to talk to students outside of the campus.
It is long time ago, that i had such great talks:
One guy said in a long conversation: yes i am seeking and i want to find the truth!
One guy was not open but we just had such a cool conversation - it was truly fun!
One guy said - oh yes, next time i will come - i am really interested
One guy is from Israel. We talked about Abraham, Mose, the prophets - it was moving
every thing in a cold windy rainy cold weather outside - each conversation lasted for at least 10min
No real contact: God willing, they are writing me on my E-Mail
But
People want to talk about God!
Just: What could i do, to really meet them and build trust and friendship?

The clapping stopped with all eyes on him.He walked up the altar and took the microphone from the elders (who were in on this) and paused for a moment then he recited,“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’‘The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’After he recited this, he looked towards the congregation and told them all what he had experienced that morning. Many began to cry and many heads were bowed in shame. He then said, “Today I see a gathering of people, not a church of Jesus Christ. The world has enough people, but not enough disciples. When will YOU decide to become disciples?”He then dismissed service until next week.Following in the footsteps of Jesus Christ should be more than just talk. It ought to be a lifestyle that others around you can love about you and share in.

This incredible photo marks the end of Matador
Torero Alvaro Munera's career. He collapsed in remorse mid-fight when he
realized he was having to prompt this otherwise gentle beast to fight. He went
on to become an avid opponent of bullfights. (The look on this bull's face says
it all for me. Even grievously wounded by picadors, he did not attack this
man.)
Torrero Munera is quoted as saying of this moment: "And suddenly, I looked at the bull. He had this innocence that all animals have in their eyes, and he looked at me with this pleading. It was like a cry for justice, deep down inside of me. I describe it as being like a prayer - because if one confesses, it is hoped, that one is forgiven. I felt like the worst shit on earth".
