Acts3,11-26

utterly astounded

<> the result of the work of God!

<> the result of the work of God moves people!

Peter:"…why do you wonder at this / why do you stare at us …? /

<> it was obvious that unexpected, unbelievable things happened and people starred at them!

 … God of Abraham glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him.

<> Peter says the same message to this people like in Acts2 - you killed Jesus/even Pilate wanted to release him

… You killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead.

<> You killed - extreme for this people wondering about the miracle. / But God raised him. But God did not destroy this people. But God is even continuing doing miracles among them. To be recognized!

TO THIS WE WITNESSES.

<> They saw it - they said:''We saw it!''

And his name - by faith in his name - has made this man strong whom you see and know,

and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.

<> CHRISTOPH BELIEVE GOD! FAITH IN GOD MAKES STRONG!

And now brothers

i know that you acted in ignorance/Unwissenheit

but what God foretold - Christ would suffer - he thus fulfilled.

<> He is saying: I am for you, I am not against you and not better then you guys!

Repent therefore

turn back

that your sin may be blotted out

that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

and that he may wend  the Christ appointed for you, Jesus,(…)

<> God want to be with you and he will refresh you!

Moses said,'The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. you shall listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.'

And all the prophets who have spoken,

from Samuel and those who came after him,

also proclaimed these days.

You are the sons of the prophets & covenant that God made with your fathers,

saying to Abraham, 'And in your offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed.'

<> Peter uses old Testament to explain them and prove to them, that Christ needed to suffer, die. This was always Gods plan

God, having raised up his servant,

sent him to you first,

to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness."

<> BUT THIS ALL HAPPENED, THAT EVEN YOU GUYS WILL BE BLESSED!
