Lk 4,1- After the Baptism - Jesus is driven into desert: By the holy Spirit. There, Luke says, is he tempted for 40 days by Satan. He did not eat during this time. AT THE END OF THEM he was hungry. The devil said to him: V3If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.
V5The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world.

V6 And the devil tried Jesus with:
I will give you all their authority and splendour, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. 7 So if you worship me, it will all be yours.

V7 then the devil led him to Jerusalem, went up on the highest point of the temple and the devil sad: 
If you are the Son of God, he said, throw yourself down from here. 10 For it is written:'He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully; 11 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.'

V13 When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.

First question is - IF YOU ARE THE SON OF GOD!

In the middle temptation he could become this great ruler of love, if he would be insecure, who he is.

It was not at all just very simple and clear for Jesus: to be the Son of God. He could loose his faith in this. He could doubt, that he truly is the Son of God - what then?

The devil try's at least 2times - if not 3 - to get him down first of all in his faith about who he truly is.

Believing who i am as a baptised disciple of Christ. I HAVE GOD LIVING IN ME!

I see the devil saying 1.:

Make bred out of stones - imagine doing it for the world - how much would you help the world, how much would the world love you.

Winning the love of the people will be so awesome

If just everybody would love me!

Jesus says V4 Jesus answered, It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone.'

Bred does not help in every situation - but only God helps in every situation.

I should not life with the goal to have everybody loving me - but everybody should experience God through me. See him in me, hear from him through me.

I see the devil saying 2.:

You can have the hole world under you - everybody will obey you - but you just obey me.

not that you want the love of all the people - but maybe you are more interested in power. The devil can give me power.

Jesus says V8 Jesus answered, It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'

Power is not interesting. God has the power anyway. At the last day - nothing will stop God. So also it does not make any sense to worship someone God made.

I see the devil saying 3.:

If you don't are interested in peoples love ore in power over people. You are alone. Maybe God is not interested in you. Test him! Test God!

Jesus says: V12 Jesus answered, It says: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'

Jesus keeps the faith about who he is - the Son of God - he does not need love of people he is loved by God. He does not need power, his father has all the power. He does not need to test God, even every pleasure the world offers is not for him. But he knows - God loves him, takes car on him all the time!

I want to learn to believe and be sure in the fact, that i am a child of God, holy, chosen, and the almighty God is living in me. I want to learn to believe and be sure, that God is always good to me. Every challenge i my life comes, because he wants to let me grow and transform me into the image of his Son Jesus Christ. I have a great future with the amazing father
