Acts20,1 When the uproar had ended, Paul sent for the disciples and, after encouraging them, said good-bye and set out for Macedonia. > He is leaving them ... they stay alone -
2 He travelled through that area, speaking many words of encouragement to the people, and finally arrived in Greece, > He go's encouraging people - with many words!
3 where he stayed three months. Because the Jews made a plot against him just as he was about to sail for Syria, he decided to go back through Macedonia. > The Jews were against fighting Paul. So, Paul toke a other way.
4 He was accompanied by Sopater son of Pyrrhus from Berea, Aristarchus and Secundus from Thessalonica, Gaius from Derbe, Timothy also, and Tychicus and Trophimus from the province of Asia. > A lot of great people followed Paul - they did not stay in this lonely places.
5 These men went on ahead and waited for us at Troas. > This mission trip was like a big, long hike. some are ahead, some are behind. but every time, they wait for each other and move on together again.
6 But we sailed from Philippi after the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and five days later joined the others at Troas, where we stayed seven days. > They were together now <
Who are my companions? Who is waiting for me? Who is my friend here? Is here anyone, i feel, i can not move on without him. For whom would i wait?
BUT
on the other hand.
They did things it is so challenging to do it!
You would have a heart time to do it alone!
It is natural to do them NOT alone but with other who would be a encouraging.
THE QUESTION IS MAYBE MORE FOR ME:
Do i life a life where i truly need others - ire is my life without problems livable alone?
What could i change that i am living in a way, that i am in the need of others.
What practical could i change????
